At the Boys & Girls Club of Odessa our goal is to provide a safe and fun place for kids to be kids. We help young people, ages 6-18, reach their potential through mentoring, enrichment activities, academic support, and athletics. We are one of four thousand independent, non-profit, Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the nation.
Annual club membership is only $10 a year because we want every child to have a chance to participate regardless of financial resources or parental involvement! We are able to provide virtually free services through the generous support of local donors, foundations and the United Way.
Annually, over fifteen hundred children participate in our programs. The three primary areas of the club are the after-school program from 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.; summer program from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; and various sports leagues: basketball, judo, flag football, cheerleading, and more being added.
We have two locations, each having a gymnasium, study room, computer lab, art room, game room, and free meal program.
